Lynn Valley Legion 114 sponsors and supports many community groups and worthwhile organizations with in the District of North Vancouver and beyond. Thanks to the generous donations via membership participation and community involvement we are able to return approximately $100,000 per year to the Lynn Valley and District of North Vancouver communities.
To be clear, all of our donations to the community come from our Gaming and Poppy Trust Fund accounts. Provincial Gaming and Poppy Trust Fund regulations do not allow us to access any of these funds for Branch operations.

WE ARE PROUD TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE FOLLOWING GROUPS FROM OUR POPPY TRUST FUNDS OF 2019
Lions Gate Hospital Foundation: $7,500.00
To purchase a “Continuous Diffusion of Oxygen (CDO) Medical Device”. This device is used within the limb salvage program on diabetic ulcers and venous leg ulcers area.
George Derby Health Centre: $5,000.00
To purchase 5 cases face N95 masks, 3 cases gowns and 20 over-bed tables. COVID-19 supplies and replacement bed tables.
Brock Fahrni-St Paul’s Hospital Foundation: $5,000.00
To purchase ROHO Mattresses, quantity - 6, for special body requirements. These are special mattresses for sensitive body requirements.
North Shore Meals on Wheels: $1,500.00
For special meal delivery paper bags. As a result of COVID-9 these are the only home delivery bags that are approved to be used.
BCIT Military Conversion Program: $5,000.00
To the Military Education Program at BCIT. This helps military candidates that have completed their term of service.
Royal Canadian Legion
BC/Yukon Command K9 Dog Program: $5,000.00
This program helps to supply a trained dog to military candidates suffering from PTSD.
BC/Yukon Command/UBC
Veterans Transition Program: $5,000.00
Special program conducted by UBC for Veterans suffering PTSD.
