We are a volunteer-driven organization, and our members are the heart of everything we do. Whether you have a few hours to spare each month or are looking to take on a larger role, there are countless ways to get involved.

We welcome members with all kinds of skills, interests, and experience. You might enjoy helping with our Spring and Fall clean-ups, joining one of our committees—including Membership, Poppy, Social Media, or Special Events—sharing your expertise in accounting, construction, technology, photography, social media, event planning, or simply lending a helping hand wherever it's needed. Every contribution, big or small, helps strengthen the Lynn Valley Legion and the community we proudly serve.

Get Involved

We encourage every member to take an active role in the future of the Lynn Valley Legion. Volunteers help shape the direction of our Branch by serving on committees, sharing ideas, organizing events, supporting Veterans, and participating in the member-driven resolution process that helps guide the Royal Canadian Legion at the Branch, Provincial, and Dominion levels.

As an independent Branch, our activities and priorities are determined by our members, allowing us to respond to the unique needs of Veterans and our North Shore community. Our volunteer Service Officers also provide guidance and assistance to Veterans or connect them with specialized support through BC/Yukon Command.
