The 2026 Poppy Campaign

Each year, the Lynn Valley Legion's Poppy Campaign brings our community together in remembrance and in support of Canada's Veterans and their families.

In 2025, our community helped us raise $85,720 through the Poppy Campaign. This year, we're setting our sights even higher, with a goal of $100,000.

There are many ways to be part of the 2026 campaign — by wearing a Poppy, volunteering your time, or making a donation.

REMEMBER

The Poppy is Canada's symbol of Remembrance — a visible promise that the service and sacrifice of our Veterans will never be forgotten.

Throughout the Poppy Campaign and leading up to Remembrance Day on November 11, we invite our community to wear a Poppy proudly and take time to remember those who served and sacrificed for Canada.

JOIN

Our Poppy Campaign simply wouldn't be possible without volunteers.

You do not need to be a Legion member to help, and whether you can give a few hours or take on a larger role, your time can make a real difference.

We are looking for volunteers to help with:

• Poppy distribution at locations throughout our community

• Driving and delivering Poppy materials

• Coordinating volunteers, locations and schedules

• Behind-the-scenes campaign support

New volunteers are very welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
